rock e- i have some specs and pics of a house i'm building in wetchester n.y., i'll post em if you want and we can pretend its xechems facility in nigeria, or we can wait for the credit facility from ex-im to be announced and they can be actually be able to pay for the buildout, in all seriousness i have a hunch we should here some news very soon on the 2 banks in nigeria backing the project, from what i hear one is solidified and the other is just about finalized, but the guy giving me my info is satan from raging bull so take it with a big grain of salt
