Robert Di Marco is listed as the current Chairman of the Board for ARCS by Reuters, he also happens to be CEO of Boulder Botanical, and Bioscience Labs, one of the largest MJ/CBD processing facilities in Colorado. I don't think that is the business moving in here, but it shows how connected ARCS is to major points of the Colorado MJ business.
