Usually, for GTC order separate commissions are charged for lots bought in different days... and this is the situation he is trying to avoid. If you pay commission just once, what broker do you use? BTW, partial execution 25K is not that bad – I used to be left with 930 shares of NWOG, and once, on big board, when I had order for 100 shares they filled just 1(!) – just to remove my bid from the tape (small bids are not shown by streamers). I called AT and got my commissions back. Never place 100 orders at the bid now.
