To vote yes to a R/S is as stupid as you can get. There are other ways to accomplish an uplisting. Why do you think Ms. Mars departed? Her word is and was her honor. Never, never ever kill your equity if you have a vote in the matter. Saying yes to a R/S is like choosing to have two arms and a leg amputated, when you only have a headache!
