I do not feel SCOTUS kicking back the case says they are reluctant to get involved. I am an attorney, 400 trials, argued in front of 2 state supreme courts also. The issue was standing from the get go. The dissent suggested they did not disagree, but that merely kicking back the original filing, a complaint, without hearing more was bad procedure under the court rules in a case of original jurisdiction.
Sure, in a general sense they do not want to get involved in anything this massive, but hey, they are getting paychecks each friday. The Standing argument was weak, that is the bottom line. A highly novel theory Texas brought forward. PA is the perfect case to see the attitude of the Court....because it is also, in addition to fraud, a clean legal issue.
I think the Big Court will have several more opportunities. If they duck the issues or rule in Biden's favor, they can only do so based on flimsy logic, and bogus reasoning. In that case, Trump has no choice but to declare limited martial law to get a real count. Let the Left and China bitch and go crazy.

some say they did this to give an impression they were not backing the current guy, that they are neutral, but that is not this Court; they just did a straight nuts and bolts approach legally.

the market has shown no real interest in this, and probably thinks numnutz will throw money to wall street in huge buckets because they know his morals and who he is even now trying to say are his boys for these cabinet appointments. I am not sure this will stay for long. I am preparing for major major conflict. I have drastically cut my slv holdings hoping to take advantage. I think SLV will temporarily go down, but i find I trade much more than I should and often lose out because of this. In a year, even 3 months the probabilities are the pathway is higher with a dying dollar.

People say wars are "good for the economy" do not know the slightest thing about how stock markets react during major wars. they can get pretty hammered. i am thinking a little one for 2 or 3 months, a civil war one.
