Dilution are part of the game in the OTC world, if you or anyone don't like it you can go play Apple and Amazon. Big dollars in the OTC, play along with dilution, be patience and make yourself big bucks.

They haven't had this volume in a long time, dilution was going to happen they needed to convert and raise funds.
