all- read the last sentence of the k, "the parties may extend the matuarity date further, pending addl. negotiations of an extension agreement and the succesful completion of due dilligence", imo this is the most important part of the filing, from what i was told this basically means , when the appraiser gives alembic the value of pandeys portion of the building and it is in line with the assesed value then alembic will extend the note to atleast an additional 6 months, but i feel pretty strongly that the note will be paid off before that from proceeds of a prepaid contract that i beleive is in final negotiations with the ministry of health of nigeria and the new ceo of xechem nigeria(who from what i was told have a very close working relationship for the last 10 years), all imo of course
