Their is allot of certainty that the price per share will adjust for the 100/1 split. Meaning 100@.12 would be the same as 1@$12. This is the assumption letting to ease, but it’s massively risky just alone the assumption. Only the vote will tell which direction. But maybe someone with more expertise could clarify here on the board. I know many that been in an r/s have had nightmares from previous experience.
But I was at MGEN SAME thing happened except the Split was to enter higher Nasdaq levers and company did not compromised the investors.
