Intel's main operations are in the U.S. Their main decision making is in the U.S. Their financing, marketing, and managerial headquarters are all in the U.S. But it seems to be that there is no evidence in the U.S., so AMD is looking elsewhere. This isn't prescience, by the way, it's just simple deduction. And it has nothing to do with liking or disliking the law, either. AMD apparently has the legal right to follow their search to the ends of the earth. But if they haven't found anything yet, you'll just have to put your hope in the future, now won't you?
