My findings, projections, thesis, DD and expectations

I will go into depth as to why i feel .85 in the next few weeks (less than 12 at most) are not out of the question and why I feel it could go higher.

I feel it is reasonable for what they are bringing in. However i CONFIRMED some numbers for us.. this article from Australia, is TO BE USED AS A TEMPLATE TO SCALE the CURRENT OPERATIONS of ARCS cannabis.

The initial phase of the development, Building 1, is a 30,000 square foot cultivation greenhouse and processing facility,

for Building 1, AmeriCann will receive Base Rent and a Revenue Participation Fee from Bask of 15% of all gross monthly sales of cannabis, cannabis-infused products and non-cannabis products produced. Annually, the facility is projected to produce 7,500 pounds of dry flower cannabis and over 400,000 units of infused product.

So now at 30,000 sq ft, we can take the 380,000 that WE ALREADY HAVE OPERATING and divide it by this number.
380k/30k=12.66

So 7500 LBS* 12.66=95,000 POUNDS per year! Times 1800$ a lb is 171 Million...

and again this is ONLY FOR THE 380,000 sq ft LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

380,000 sq ft cultivation... is 74,000 POUNDS at 1800$ is $133,000,000-171,000,000 just for that ONE piece PER year at 47% margins is $62,604,000 NET PROFIT, or rather 6.2 times our pps which is not even factoring in the SHARE RETIREMENT out of the OS OR BUYBACK!!!!



and ANOTHER 1 million sq ft
..I do not know how much of this will be used for cultivating and processing but I was told by someone with YEARS of growing that something that size [color=red]just in processing yields over 250 million in revenues ON THE LOW END.




Based on my findings i believe the facility is already up and running and someone spent over 30$ million completing it, hence again, the reason for no further funding in open market via dilution notes etc.

As of March 31, 2020, we had $176.4 million of cash, $281.5 million of outstanding debt net of unamortized debt discounts and 507.7 million fully diluted shares outstanding.

In short, $ARCS is trading at a paltry 02 cents per share with no debt, no notes, no rs, funding in place, share retirement, share buyback a market cap of 10.9 million and one of the biggest MJ companies about to merge into it with licenses, bigger revenues, locked up shares into preferred, and on top of all this insane stuff, is going to be DOUBLING THEIR SIZE of operations...CONFIRMED.


At the end of it all, this company is doing 421 million dollars a year with 711 million in the OS assuming all the restricted (which it will but i can wait) becomes preferred not including buy back...comes out to .59 book value...MJ companies P/E Ratios are 14. ..times is $8.27 full book value. Just wait till we hear from them this week on what THEY HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED AND THEIR PLANS GOING FORWARD. GOD speed to all of us here. We are all about to be changed forever.
