Trying to uplist by dilution and a RS without proof of mass scale production when every instance he has given is its right around the corner is the stupidest thing.

Why wouldn’t you produce fiber.
Prove you can do it consistently.
Sign contracts.
Make some revenue.

Then go for an uplist.

It’s stupid, out of order and has hurt shareholders.
