Any Biotech that receives a list of deficiencies like this is on the FDA radar and my guess is the FDA will not waste any of their time conversing with PMCB. They can smell the stink of incompetence. Just the fact that this SCAM wasted the FDA's time reviewing PMCB's sham IND while so many other REAL Biotech's are waiting for reviews of important treatments is another example of these scumbag's willing to do anything to keep the money train rolling.
