The entire premise of the business model proposed is about liquidity and providing avenues via public markets for JV partnerships with FINCANN to thrive, grow, finance flexibility, generate excitement.

Any RS at this stage would run counter to those goals, and would likely only come when an enterprise is at a point where profits are so massive they are self funded, buy back stock and trade in a much higher exchange with institutional level ownership. None of the budding cannibas or hemp enterprises are at that point... yet

What investors seek is that potential. That micro stock that can comfortably trade in the 50-100 million range with flexibility to continue JV and M&A activities that allow for further growth eventually becoming an enterprise worth billions as the cannibas and hemp industries flourish in coming years.

Roughly 4 million market cap on INQD.. all signs would point to a “worthwhile” endeavor to push valuations into that 50-100 million range giving this enterprise a chance to eventually become a legitimate billion dollar enterprise.
