The man has not had my ability to run over and look at property etc. However, he did all the right things early on. He did his DD to the best of his abilities at the time.
His opionions are based in that past history. And frankly, i have to look at him, then to the company. He has some very very valid complaints.
Such as the PR to buy out the steakhouses way back when that was supposed to be worth something like .04-.08 per share or something. The company should have snapped that offer up fast and disbursed those funds as they said they were. If the offer was real, why didn't they? It was trading at .000x at the time.
I realize it was the past, and the past must be let go of. However, the past is sometimes more relevant than we'd like to admit especially when the past starts appearing to repeat itself almost verbatim. I think it can give you an edge on those that don't know it elsewhere. At least you'll have a better idea on when to apply your buy/sell according to the Technical aspects you choose to follow.
