Never seen an RS yet that doesn't destroy shareholders. RS's at 1 for 100 are bad. This one at 1 for 5000 will be an extinction event. Or do the CLOWNS who own this ticker think they'll suddenly get buyers at $4.00 per share starting Monday?

I got burnt on one of these in 2012,so I try to give warnings but there isn't much.
