It's the only explanation unless the company itself is just selling shares on the open market, but they seem to do underwritten offerings - many of which were from .20-.30 cents. So it's probably one or more acquisition targets selling. At .05 cents, idiots. If they wait a bit this thing will be ripping over .20.
