The preferreds are not convertable into common shares, according to mulshine and the company's press releases. They do not trade, and the $10 "value" is just a number. It is basically a promisory note from the company at 6% interest, with a balloon payment. If they convert, then they are a different class of pref's than what they have used in the past.
