starting to get the feeling that we are being played like a fiddle (again). How the hell can a proposed $150 million plus project be held up by a stated minor insurance issue???? Why would any of the players in this mix let that happen???? You don't hold up projects of this size for "minor insurance" issues.....just another WTF, in a long list of WTF's
