I agree too NWS will be gone by Scotus

Possibly Mnuchin sooner.

Question on Scotus remains is will they void the whole NWS from the beginning to send a message to not do anything like this again?

I don't know if we really care if they just do the light easy fix with Fhfa

Scotus has the docs to make a huge point about stealing private companies.

So is it NWS is done or completely voided back to 2012?

I think the big payday is still alive even though the justices went off defending Fhfa for the most part because SSA and other agencies.
