Right . On every conference call from Gary and Marion indicated no Dilution ALLL year. Hasnt been any. Then the 8k Came out on 11/30

Lied straight to every shareholder and person listening in the Market. Why I believe we are under .02 and continue to fall. All year to prove itself and they failed every month and every qrt.

The market has been telling us for months that something has been and continues to be up.
