Ferguson warned Brad many years ago that Stephen Jennings was a Ponzi scheme operator and Dave Baumarito was his front man. They tried to get Ferguson to give them his stock and money into their off shore investment roll over scheme. People have gone to jail regarding that fraud con game. There is a reason why these off shore accounts are in Panama. St. George you were correct, Brad, Baumarito and Jennings were buddies but not any more! The only reason the 15c211 hasn’t been completed is because of Stephen Jennings. That’s ok, because soon the walls of corruption will close in around Jennings. Unfortunately Baumarito and Jennings conned a ton of shares out of people. The Feds will get both of them.
