If you look at their giving the net worth to treasury,

its nationalizing the company.

it nationalized things, it nationalized the company..

Justice Roberts: ..Well maybe shareholders being treated differently

but when the way you are being treated differently

is that you are completely wiped out,

I mean the corporation doesn't have any particular interest

in the balance it seems to me or at least not same sort of

interest as the shareholders who left out in the cold.
