kermits, I think people are concerned with the time frame because it shows some type of loss of credibility. Your belief is also correct because we need something on paper saying anything. I have owned a small company for many years and in the early stages they ran into trouble with rainy season and they couldn't get the equipment etc from Germany so everything was held back for almost a year. But the company let the shareholders know, we have problems, but they are fixable. I for one could live with that information. And so to with MGMX if they just let us know why??? I would think that most if not all members on the board are sensible people that they can accept and understand. But this silence is golden after a date that they themselves committed too is very foolish on their part. But I think we need to give them a little more time to bring forth some information on paper.
