Basically...

There has been over 1 billion share dilution, done methodically, without much news or updates..

All between .001 to .004 roughly speaking. From my view about 3 million dollars has accumulated all of these shares... again methodically..

Fast money daily flippers or swing traders are not the type to accumulate and hold. IMO this money is coming from outside typical OTC world. For what purpose remains to be seen..

But fast money will drive this up dramatically when filings are completed and likely subsequent JV/Merger finalization with FINCANN and by now who knows what additional projects or entities might be combined into this conglomerate..
