Would think they would've gone for larger than 1:200 rs if they were insanely greedy.

Additionally I'd imagine virtually every entity they are currently dealing with or have dealt with has experienced some complications due to Covid and therefore set the timeline back as well. The apparent transactions collectively were already complex involving at least four countries (U.S., Taiwan, Australia, China), so Covid certainly didn't help.

Seeing as though we're still a shell 1 1/2 years from when they bought this from David they just clearly aren't interested in helping this out until they can move in at least one of the pieces. I have no doubt this will have its day, but with no insight whatsoever, it's anyone's guess when.
