It would be a huge mistake to sell now : 1. Earn much less profit but have to Pay 2020 tax soon.
2. The stock will fly to pennyland in early January when Merger is announced (possibly anytime after January 06). Then sell with big profit and won't pay tax until April 2022.
3. The Merger company would be the best one since DL has involved since 2018.
