IMO Front Loading Here. If past is the precedent, ILST will fly ... sooner rather than later.

For Example, On 2017-12-26, the day after X-mas, someone(s) wanted in rather badly then, too. Heavy volume by some people in the know. It began with POST #18682, whose author saw the volume & documented it.

BUT Everyone had to wait until 2018-02-15 for the real run. It was documented 1st with POST #18755.

Post-Feb. 15, 2018, ILST went into .0008 territory several times ---just on rumor, without any updated filings. It slowly settled down near the end of the year.

But ILST has never gone back to solid, consistent, .0001 territory since that time. Nor has there been any dilution since that time (when the dilution was very marginal, at best).

If the past be the rule, Christmas might come a little later this year (about 1-3 Mos.) ... & give a lot of people, a very short time, to pick up some bargains before it takes off again. Perhaps even into .001+ with the actual filings.
