Will we know who these shares are going to?????????????????

You already know who. The small investors. People on this board. We never really see any new 5% holder so there are no whales here.

Each round of financing pays two groups:

1. The financier: they get the shares at favorable terms and flip them for a profit by distributing them to retail investors.

2. The CEO and staff: they keep collecting paychecks.

Each round of financing dilutes the previous pool of investors to enrich those two groups. With the money raised, the company moves on to a new hot product to entice more investors to come around and buy shares.

We have one of the greatest antibiotics!

We have one of the greatest cancer drugs!

We have one of the greatest psoriasis drugs!

We have one of the greatest oral mucositis drugs!

We have one of the greatest Ulcerative proctitis drugs!

We have potentially one of the greatest Ulcerative colitis drugs! (now in pill form!)

We have potentially one of the greatest COVID therapeutics!

We keep buying hoping this time will be different. It's amazing how eager we are to fork over more and more money to buy back portions of our original investment that have been sliced off and sold to the financiers at a discount..over...and over....and over...and over.

And so we wait. Another calendar about to be replaced.

Hoping our COVID trial starts.

Hoping it succeeds.

Hoping good results materialize into something.

Like a phase 3.

Or an approval.

Or a partnership.

But not like the AlfaSigma one.

Just hoping and praying.
