Not buying because of where they have been. Buying for where I believe they are going. The lender sees the value or they would not be doing the lending. Company either 100% ok with the lender taking over(since agreement is for 82% stake if note not paid)or have some form of plan to recover. Either way eventually there is news coming that will make it run again.
