YOu just provided PCTL with their first PR when they miss their filings in April. They can blame it on everybody but themself... yet again. Nice way to spin a crappy PR. Gary is out of control just putting wors in PR to fill space. "Even though Marion (Current CFO) is a very important person." But yet found somebody better. She got demoted and Hired somebody else. Way better shape.
