I'm merely pointing out that you admitted to making an assumption about my TMDI status that was incorrect. I am still in. Did I consider additional tax harvesting going in to the end of the year? Yes. But I decided to hold instead and buy up some of those cheap TTLLF warrants. I sold a percentage of my stake upon the announcement that there was to be a vote on another RS. After selling, it would have been a HUGE mistake to buy back in before 30 days expired. The shares I sold were purchased years ago at pre-RS prices. The Cap Loss was significant. Luckily I was able to buy back the shares at a small discount before TMDI started to move northward.
