I wouldn't say all, But majority.

Got to clear books, Tighten up sheets and claim losses before year-end. When your not meeting revenue numbers got to make up for it somewhere. Lots of things happen the last month of the year and so far it's not looking good for PCTL shareholders. Again just my opinion and the market has been agreeing with some on this board.

Then come Jan 1. The next person can start to sell their shares. They can dilute this ticker for other reasons. This will be non stop till about April (Which is when 4th qrt is due)
