A reasonable deal for Offor and Management (plus shareholders) with Total won't be less than 3-5 hundred million cash Plus...

A high percentage of "commerciality" of findings in it's JDZ blocks and Block 4....

Total will enjoy many Billions depending on findings....ERHC management won't want to be "Stuck" with a measly $500 million.....(that spells the end of ERHC and any future in the oil patch....
