The company did mention previously in their PRs that they would be taking the necessary steps to ensure future filings would be done on time.

Glad to see them doing it. No complaints here.

Hopefully shareholders can see that the company is rectifying issues one step at a time on the financial side of things (eg. reducing warrants, cleaning up past toxic debts, making personnel changes)
