That is completely untrue about uplisting to OTCQB. Have you read all of the 2020 changes? Have you seen how PCTL must completely eliminate toxic financing?

If what you said is true, why even do it since you will be audited for on-time reporting, pay annual fees and must maintain zero toxic notes.

I think we know the truth here. That it significantly opens up the level of opportunity for investment...
