Thanks for the info bulln'bear. Now, if its a notice of sale of securities, securities meaning stock, do all business that are public have to file a regdex? I noticed that what you said was correct, that it was a paper filing and of course it gives a referral #, and yes it was never found. Is this a sign that something internal is happening? Sorry for so many questions, but Im rather new at this. Thanks again.
