For all intents and purpose they were shown to be a worthless BK company as far as the shareholders were concerned. How they appeared to the world is another matter entirely. And yes I am well aware of them emerging from Chapter 11 and increasing the wealth of Simon Properties by a third. I don't really care about all of the aforementioned nonsense. I am interested in 46 mil being traded on JCPNQ, a worthless entity.
