True, but I can't buy now since my account is fully invested in FCEL, and I don't have funds I can move into my account (since I need those funds for other purposes; further it would time before the funds would enter into my brokerage account via a transfer). If I sold FCEL at $9 then I would be in a position to buy. Thus if want to buy FCEL cheap I first have to sell FCEL and then hope to buy back lower, but I am reluctant to attempt that.

I didn't think that the Bloom downgrade would have effected FCEL's stock (and the others) as much as it did.

I saw that about two hours ago but I consider it fluff; I don't think it is having much of an impact on FCEL's stock since BLDP and PLUG are also down a similar percentage to FCEL's drop.
