Anyone and everyone involved needs to be prosecuted. I don't care if it's the planners or executors, prosecute them all. This was a robbery. No different than robbing a bank except it was done with a pen and paper rather than a gun and was done at such a dollar value it's extraordinary. Frankly, I think it borders on TREASON due to what the GSEs mean to the country.
