The company made a lot of mistakes trying to do the audit financials and uplisting
So reading that possibly they thought having Hagen step down would fix the problem and they could do the split

The share count is to high
We do need one
The smaller the better
And then we need honest management that has the shareholder interest

Diamond has a lot of potential after a lot of fixing is accomplished
