**Synergy Update**(STHC, ***, ***) will soon be closed out.


According to our Attorney Jeremy Anderson in Delaware the call today with the Vice Chancellor went well and the three open cases (STHC, CSLI, CLHI) will soon be closed out. We will update when we have received documentation of this.

We have submitted a petition to become custodian of SNRY (Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc) in Delaware.

No new updates on additional cases.
