You're beating a dead horse there Roofus. Lingo or no lingo Press releases and LOI stipulations with NDA's matters nothing to most. With Covid-19 holding up everything everywhere coupled with the time it takes PASO to restructure for a merge again means nothing to many. The impatient will be impatient and they will scream "scam" or other things along the lines without any facts to back it up. I for one will continue to hold until there is definitive solid proof no merge is happening or is happening. Until then anything and everything is conjecture and noise whether negative or positive.
