From what I’m hearing. A majority of the monies are being appropriated to this cities who stood by and allowed their cities to be burned and looted and told the cops to stand down. That’s a bunch of BS. Let those crooked mayors and governors fix it themselves from their own state funds. Other states should not be responsible for the moron politicians in California who had the national guard at their disposal and refused them. Small businesses are getting killed be this BS. They keep packing the bill with bailouts for the crooks. I don’t like it.
