Yup exactly. Which may or may not happen above board. IMO slime-mon will be giving some serious kickbacks under the table to the theft enablers.

The primary issue remains for me, they will be virtually untouchable as Mr 'IM A FEDERAL JUDGE' makes his criminal rubber stamp confirmation ruling IMO of course.
