Good news and bad news. The bad news, Saint Jean Carbon was busted by the Canadian SEC for misleading pr's back in 2017. Misleading offtake agreement with Panasonic for graphite. Actually they just sent them a sample and called it an offtake agreement lol. The good news Saint Jean has settled with the Alberta Securities Commission and with all eyes on Saint Jean now, I believe the off take agreement with Ameca should be golden.
