I believe I figured out the real float of APSI. The free trading float is 26 million shares. The company registered 1,451,351 shares in 2012 (i.e the float), then subsequently did an 18:1 FORWARD SPLIT, hence a 26 million float today. Shares outstanding = 59 million but the real public float is only 26 million. FYI everyone. Cheers.
