Jet101.. the only thing we know is that on Wednesday, someone placed a buy order for about 2 billion shares at 0001.

That immediately flushed the 650 million shares that were asking 0001 for the past two years or so, bringing up the line of 0002 sells that were waiting. Some folks then sold into the 0001 buy (it's about half filled now..). Other folks, seeing daily volume jump 1000x, started buying the 0002s and 0003s.

Many of the bagholders (like me) were able to get out of this with a little money.

Monday, the trades were about 50/50 buys & sells, but today sells (people agreeing to sell theirs at the bid price), outnumbered buys (people placing orders at the ask price) by about 10 to 1. The 0002 bids got filled, and that unfilled 0001 bid reappeared briefly, so this little burp fizzled.

THE GOOD NEWS is that, as long as that unfilled billion at 0001 isn't withdrawn, we have a "floor", people can get out at 0001 without waiting for 650 million shares to sell ahead of them. MORE GOOD NEWS is that the "buy 2 billion at 0001" order represents a committment to pay $200,000 buying cheap shares of $SANP. Someone has a REASON to put up that kind of cash...

THE BAD NEWS is that it appears (PURE SPECULATION NOW..) that the person who placed that order is gonna let it sit at that price until it fills.. they don't seem to be raising their bid. AFTER that order fills (MORE SPECULATION..), they might try a pump&dump.. we might see some news release about a merger or a business venture (all BS, if Frankie's history is any guide..). So.. it's looking *TO ME* like someone is planning something, but that won't happen until after another billion shares are dumped at 0001.

(if you look at the 5 year chart, you'll see a little burp like this one back in early 2017, which was 10 months before I got into this ticker between the October and December '17 spikes. So, it might be 10 months before this crosses 0004.. if ever..)

Best short term play here might be for bagholders looking for tax writeoffs / cap gains offsets, to sell to the 0001 while they can. Otherwise, we sit and wait to find out what motivated that big buy order.

FWIW, I put in an order to buy 50k at 0001 ($5), knowing that it won't fill until that big order fills. So, when it does fill, I'll have a signal that something might be ready to start. I'll post if/when it fills..
