the news came out 8:33AM and it didnt start moving til after 1PM thats crazzy, cause all us experienced traders with SFOR dismissed the news as more BS but the crackheads we have trading 4-5 billion shares a day in some of the turds just buy b4 the diluters can re-load, so they actually go up for a 2-3 day period, as some are restricted by how many they can own, usually 5%, so they buy them all and get the PPS moving b4 next batch hits the market, like I said tomorrow I expect a quick bump up, massive dilution, and if buyers can keep buying b4 diluters reload may get a few bounces, but filings are there, billion to be had for .0037s, where I put in a real alert .0025s probably next Monday HCMC with Authorized Shares
