I've been wathing CIEN , but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

The 13ema on the monthly is about 6.65 and the 20ema is around 9.47. Usually a stock goes wild when it crosses that 20ema on a monthly chart. So, there's still time for me.

Don't want to jump in to early and miss other (better?) opportunites (SP? Damn! Where's my spell checker when I need it?).
