"Tesla to raise up to $5 billion in share offering, its second in three months."

Tesla is diluting so we all know it will go up up UP! ...along with the rest of this crazy market. UVXY will see the $9s later this week as it marches down to its inexorable next reverse split.

Naturally I'm joking, but the stock market is not tied to economic reality--it's tied to the Fed's never-ending liquidity injections.
